Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

Delays

Warlord is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events

Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, reshipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping fees.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Share clear images or videos of the package and product
